The Business Improvement Game®
The Business Improvement Game® is a management game in which the participants "run" a virtual company of choice for 5 consecutive years (20 quarters). This game is based on concentrating on more aspects of the business than just financial results. This is not a denial of the importance of good results but a way to achieve better results and to achieve them faster, by a balanced style of management. The Business Improvement Game is played by a maximum of 6 teams, who are acting as being each others competitors

Business Process Analyses
Using PORTER VALUE CHAIN techniques the main business process flow is charted. All vital elements are connected to Key Performance Indicators. From the created process flow the contributing delivery processes are charted.
RAMS methodology
The delivery processes from Business Process Analyses are described using RAMS methodology. In this description process performance indicators are defined. These performance indicators are input to the management process.
Improvement Projects
From the respective outputs of B.I.C. Assessment® and Business Dashboard® the improvement priorities are defined. Next step is definition of Improvement Projects, assignment of time, material, sponsors, achievable and measurable improvement goals followed by facilitation of the actual execution of the projects. |
